Jacob: Memorize scriptures in the AM so he leaves with the spirit!

Avery:
Saxon Math: get through lesson 58  DONE
Cooking with math and science:  NOT DONE
Reading: This is getting harder!  Avery gets bogged down with sounding out all the words and needs more repetition.  I tried convincing her to go back a few lessons but that seemed discouraging to her.  I found a great solution.  I took all the words from the current lesson and wrote them on cards and hid them around the house.  She read them as she found them.  This provided needed repetition.  Once we did that a few times, we took the words and made them into sentences.  She could read them fluently!  I will continue to do that this week.    We may only get to lesson 80 because of this method.
Writing: write the words from our 100 easy lessons DONE
PE:
1) Ballet DONE
2) ballet practice DONE
3) neighborhood walks DONE
Piano:
Group Piano DONE
Piano Practice 5X DONE
NEW Sewing Lessons! DONE (she is making a Christmas quilt)
Science: field trip to OMSI NOT DONE
Art: collect leaves to press at Louisville park.  Do some kind of leaf art. NOT DONE
